The specialist noticed there were a few transaction already on the online account (I have no idea how the transferred since the transfer never completed from the desktop). ![]() Two days later I received a call from the specialist who was having trouble transferring the company file to the online program. The specialist assured us that the tech support would be able to export the company file to the QB online account. A specialist suggested that I upload our QB desktop company file to their server. When exporting the QB desktop company file to QB online, I kept on getting an error message to contact support. Now it was time to transfer our company file from the desktop to the online program. I contact the product specialist who walked us through the QB online activation. We've had QB desktop Mac for several years and decided to switch to the online version.
